We do not collect, see, or store any payment information directly — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, which is governed by its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with a payment reference ID, never your card, bank, or UPI app credentials.

Your information is used solely to process and deliver your order, communicate order updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
3. WhatsApp Communication
By contacting us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving order confirmations, shipping updates and occasional new arrival notifications. You can opt out at any time by informing us on WhatsApp.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel for order processing purposes.

1. Overview
By browsing narayanicasa.com or placing an order with Narayani Casa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Narayani Casa is a Pune-based business selling imitation jewellery, clothing and home decor.
2. Orders
All orders are placed via WhatsApp (+91 91688 11411). An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us and complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, after which a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges may apply for orders below ₹499.
4. Payment
We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, and other UPI apps), processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-authorised payment gateway. Card and net banking payments may also be available depending on what Razorpay supports for your bank. Full payment is required before order dispatch. We do not accept cash on delivery at this time. Your card or bank details are never seen or stored by Narayani Casa — all payment information is handled directly and securely by Razorpay.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please share a photo or video of the issue on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selection by the customer, or normal wear and tear, since all our jewellery is handcrafted and checked before dispatch.
Order Cancellations: You may request a cancellation by messaging us on WhatsApp before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy will still apply if the product arrives damaged or defective. We may also cancel an order on our end if the product is out of stock or unavailable; in this case, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
Refund Method & Timeline: All payments are processed via Razorpay, and all approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used (the same UPI ID, card, or bank account you paid with) — we do not issue refunds to a different account. Once a refund is approved, it is initiated within 2 business days, and typically reflects in your account within 5-7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or UPI provider's processing time. We cannot expedite this further once a refund has been initiated, as the timeline is set by Razorpay and your bank.
Payment Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly or a payment was deducted without a corresponding order being confirmed, please contact us on WhatsApp with your Payment ID (visible in your payment confirmation) so we can verify and resolve it quickly. We aim to resolve all payment-related queries within 48 hours.
7. Product Description
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All jewellery sold by Narayani Casa is imitation jewellery and not made of precious metals or stones.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including the logo, images, text and design belongs to Narayani Casa. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
